Welcome to Grounds Director. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software platform, and mobile crew tracking applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
Grounds Director provides logistics dashboards, inventory management, supplier tracking, and field coordinate utilities. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including guidelines governing environmental and chemical logs (e.g. EPA regulations).
2. Accounts and Subscription
To use our software, your organization must select a subscription plan. You agree to provide accurate and current profile information. Payment terms are defined as follows:
- Evaluation Period: Our Demo plan includes a 2-week evaluation tier. This is the only trial option, and billing begins automatically if upgraded to a paid tier.
- Add-on Seats: Paid subscription tiers support additional crew seats, billed monthly at $5/month per worker, $15/month per manager, and $30/month per director.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be configured or cancelled by the organization's Director role. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Precision Mapping and GIS Data Disclaimer
Grounds Director offers precise GIS field mapping coordinates and polygon metrics. While we strive to maintain high-accuracy spatial calculations, the metrics provided are estimates. You are responsible for double-checking application thresholds before dispensing products or chemicals on fields.
4. Intellectual Property
All software codes, interface design elements, graphics, logos, and patents related to Grounds Director are the exclusive property of Sierra Spatial and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our application property.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grounds Director is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from inventory inaccuracies, scheduling gaps, chemical log audits, or crew location calculations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our corporate headquarters operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
